How is my stay paid for?
As a client, your stay is paid for by your insurance provider. We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurances. Anthem is not accepted.
Can I work while in the program?
Working is a privilege that comes second to your recovery. You can work as long as your work hours do not interfere with mandatory program hours. Weekly schedules will go out to help you plan your work hours.
Can my partner or spouse come with me?
if your partner is female and is also seeking sobriety they can be a part of the program. No males are allowed to live on the property.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed.
Is maintenance medication allowed?
Yes. All medication will be kept locked up and distributed once a day by a Winter Garden staff member.
Is transportation provided?
All clients will have access to city transportation, "medi cabs" for medical appointments, and weekly house trips to the pharmacy & grocery store.
What is the minimum age limit?
18 years old.
Do you accept clients with mental health and substance use disorders?
Yes. Each client will complete an assessment with a licensed clinical social worker. An individual treatment plan will be created for the proper level of care.
How long can I stay there?
2 years is the maximum amount of time a client can stay. We recommend staying at least 3 months to get the most out of the program.
Is this a men's or women's facility?
This is a women's only facility.
